Please join us for a Hightstown East Windsor Special Education Parents Advisory Group (HEWSEPAG) meeting. The topic for the evening is Parent Involvement in Special Education: “Basic Rights”. Parents will learn to identify their dreams and goals for their children and their rights and responsibilities as parents of children with special needs under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Families will also gain the knowledge and strategies necessary to be equal partners in the special education process.
